I have had the pleasure of knowing Sue for more then 15 years.  When I started in the mortgage business in 2001 Sue was already leading the way in the reverse mortgage industry.  Sue and I formed a friendship and we actually have been in several business referral groups and coexisted in each of our specialties.  I bring this up because it is solely based on Sue’s honesty and integrity that we could coexist in the same industry in the same referral groups.

I have personally referred dozens of reverse mortgage clients, to include, friends and family to Sue through the years and they all give me the same feedback.  They all say Sue is so patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and remains with them every step of the way.  These loans are time consuming, and require a delicate touch and the ability to educate not only the client but their family as well.  Sue takes the time to assess whether or not the client is right for the loan or if there are better options.
